I've used the Hawk ST-1198 for several weeks now. I love this helmet. That's all there is to say! Customer service from Motorcycle Center.com was also excellent.
My husband definately loved this helmet as his Christmas gift!! I purchased the XL for him and he was afraid it would be to big, but it fit nicely when he put it on!! He absolutely loved the detailing on the helmet and was thrilled with the way it was constructed! Lots of vents for air flow! My husband was in the Marine Corps in 1973 - 1977 and flew as a crew chief with the HMX1 flight crew at the Quantico Marine Base in Quantico Va. I can't say he quit the Corps, cause a Marine never quits being a Marine, and this helmet really is so nicely detailed with USMC decals he is looking forward to putting it on and getting on the road this spring to show it off!! If you are looking for a helmet to show off your Marine pride this is the nicest one that you will be able to buy!! Sempre Fi to all preveious serving and currently serving Marines and service men and women!!
Jacket is fabulous. Marvelous Leather and many features I either overlooked or did not read in the product details. Definitely a nice jacket. I ordered the jacket a little big to make sure....up one size and still very tight around the waist. Maybe if I lost a little of my accumulation.....oh well I've worn it for about a month and it's actually starting to stretch out a little. LOVE IT!
